Over the last decade, Kat has led a variety of strategic, experience, and digital product development projects, ensuring teams have the skills, tools, knowledge and ownership they need for a smooth delivery.

Kat has broad experience leading cross-disciplinary teams, delivering multi-stakeholder projects and leveraging project delivery methodologies, including Agile. Process-driven and highly organised, Kat’s strategic thinking and collaborative approach sets projects up for success.

Kat played a lead role on Today’s work in developing Speckle, an ethical short-term loan product developed in partnership with NAB and Good Shepherd Microfinance—a product and platform that won the 2018 Good Design Award for social impact. She was also a central part of the team that worked with the City of Melbourne to co-design a new digital platform supporting the delivery of council services, which was awarded the 2017 Premier’s Design Award for Design Strategy.
