Blaise is an experienced Delivery Lead with expertise in managing diverse digital projects across Australia and the UK.

As a Project Manager in London, Blaise worked on the biggest digital project in the world at the time, Project Helios, a €50 million agile program. After running a social campaign for a Malawi school in her spare time, Blaise’s part-time passion grew a desire to create an impact as part of her work.

She has since led projects including the Department of Premier and Cabinet’s data platform MyVictoria, as well as the Australians Together website, which highlights the stories of Indigenous Australians.

With a background in finance, Blaise is detail-oriented and organised—understanding the importance of delivering on time and on budget. She’s passionate about using agile methodologies to deliver accessible solutions that ensures the user is at the heart of everything we do, in a way that supports business and policy imperatives.
