A polished communicator, thinker and problem solver, Rebecca is also a vocal advocate for the customer. With over eight years working in the digital space, she is well-versed in managing complex and diverse stakeholders from ideation and design through to delivery of compelling customer experiences.

Rebecca was central to the design of the WorkWell toolkit, helping WorkSafe improve the mental health of Victorian workers. She has developed, managed and launched digital products on behalf of the Australian Government, Victorian Government and global organisations.

With experience in strategy and UX, Rebecca enjoys translating ideas into digital solutions and designing information architecture. She enjoys unearthing the critical ‘why’ in projects to better gain insight on how things should be approached. She’s driven by those ‘aha!’ moments which come from articulating the user needs to the client and bringing everyone onto the same page.
