From teaching himself how to code, to learning French in order to study overseas, Matt is a tenacious and self-driven learner.

Being part of Today since early 2021, Matt worked on an email builder for the Professional Golfers Association and has also been involved with projects for Code Club Australia and the Brotherhood of St Laurence. At Matt’s previous organisation, he built their core dashboard from the ground up and was involved in every aspect of development, from user interface and back end code to continuous integration.

Matt especially enjoys working on mobile applications, but believes that it’s not really about the tools but rather the problems they can solve that has him developing a solution to meet it. The problem-solving aspect of his job is what drives him and keeps him curious.
