With years of experience across social work, disability support and technology, Jolane has a diverse skill set and a solid background of working with people. In his role as Technology Lead, Jolane works within Today’s tech team to formulate and implement design solutions that come to life online.

Jolane worked as a Senior Developer leading the team behind the AFL’s Ladder Predictor—which has had over five million hits. His work at Today has included providing Sustainability Victoria with an online tool where small to medium businesses could navigate the complex world of government grants and finance options.

Jolane is passionate about new developments in web technology and is motivated by the desire to create efficient and smart systems. He enjoys working with people and mentoring junior developers so they can achieve their goals. Jolane is a clear communicator, with a knack for translating technical concepts into easy to understand terms.
