Jacob is an accomplished interaction, graphic and user experience designer and illustrator. He leads the Today’s experience and brand design capability, directing our team of designers to ensure elegant, engaging and user-friendly products and services.

Jacob has worked on design strategy and digital execution for start-ups, blue-chip companies, and not-for-profits in Australia and the USA. He has led large-scale design systems and digital transformation initiatives for Xero, Medibank, Victoria’s Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Department of Premier and Cabinet (DPC)and the Federal government’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT).

Combining the needs of users, stakeholders and organisations, he creates solutions that deliver real value. Jacob brings to each project a broad design vocabulary, an eye for typography and track record of producing high-quality, award-winning work for diverse audiences.
