Mosh is a skillful designer and facilitator, as interested in engaging with people’s stories as he is in working with them to co-create brighter futures. He is adept at building rapport with people from all walks of life and forming authentic relationships—ensuring projects capture meaningful insight to inform practical, actionable outcomes.

He has deep expertise in designing and facilitating programs of co-design, having co-designed innovative solutions for the Victorian Department of Premier and Cabinet around the future digital needs of veterans. Mosh was integral to the ongoing organisational transformation across Xero and the transformation behind North East Water moving towards a customer-led model.

Mosh worked in collaboration with NAB and Good Shepherd Microfinance in the creation of Speckle, an ethical lending platform which won the prestigious 2018 Good Design Award for Social Impact. He regularly leads the facilitation of private sector innovation programs with blue chip clients.
