We credit Krista as being a big part of keeping our projects on track. As Head of Operations, she handles resourcing; slotting in projects and coordinating the studio’s time across projects and business development.

She has an umbrella view of what’s happening at all times and ensures everyone at Today is utilising our time as best we can.

Krista has over a decade of experience in project management roles, having worked as a Senior Project Manager and Operations Manager at a couple of London-based consultancy firms.

Highly organised and an expert multi-tasker, she loves to keep busy. When faced with a problem, Krista likes to break it down into a logical order from an analytical perspective. She is a self-confessed stickler for detail and process, making her a natural at her role.
