As Managing Director, Lou steers the ship and ensures our team, operations, client partnerships and work holds a steady course towards positive impact.

Lou understands what it takes to deliver complex research, design, and development projects. She has over ten years’ experience getting it done in client service, stakeholder management and project delivery. She has worked in a hands-on capacity to partner with the public sector, not-for-profit and for-profit businesses, from the Federal Government to KeepCup to ANZ.

Lou is passionate about equality and environmental sustainability, and as a testament to that, she became a Centre for Sustainability Leadership Fellow in 2016. She is a fierce optimist and a big believer in the combined power of the head and heart to change the world.
