Leo is an experienced designer who is a firm believer in the ability to create positive social change through design.

Following her studies CATC Design School, Leo further developed her design craft by working on a large-scale digital transformation project for Telstra, as well as with clients such as Coles and RACV. Since joining Today Leo has been involved with such projects as the creation of an app for Neami National, as well as a new website for youth-run organisation Minus18.

Making real change and uprooting old ways of thinking to make way for fresh perspectives is what drives Leo. She is excited by the potential that smart and accessible design has to lead us into the next sociological era, which she hopes will include much more humanity with technology used as a crutch for compassion and activism. A ruthless minimalist, she strives to design simple design solutions that remove barriers, promote connection, increase accessibility and inclusion and radically clarify messaging to shift mindsets.
