Beth finds joy working with good people striving to do great things. She is an experienced strategist, facilitator, and leader who has been part of the Today team since 2013.

Beth is adept at finding the right frame, tools and approach to clarify and solve complex problems. She led the brand repositioning for Professional Individualised Care, an out-of-home care organisation, as well as working with Sustainability Victoria to explore how low carbon and zero net carbon homes can be increased in housing developments.

She has led strategy, brand, organisation design, design research, service design and digital projects for an array of organisations and sectors. Beth applies wisdom fields including strategic foresight, social science, design thinking, and collaborative design to support teams to define and achieve success.
